Công Ty TNHH Thuốc Thú Y Á Châu chuyên sản xuất thuốc thú y theo tiêu chuẩn GMP – WHO. Do nhu cầu mở rộng và phát triển, Công ty cần tuyển dụng nhân sự cho các vị trí sau:

1.Trưởng kho:

 

Mô tả công việc:

• Tổ chức xây dựng/ xây dựng các quy trình, hướng dẫn, biểu mẫu cho các hoạt động trong kho: Xuất nhập và bảo quản hàng hóa, thống kê, kiểm soát số liệu, theo dõi hàng tồn kho, hàng tồn kho tối thiểu,…
• Tổ chức thực hiện công tác quản lý kho hàng hóa đảm bảo không bị mất mát, hư hỏng trong quá trình lưu kho.
• Phổ biến và triển khai thực hiện các kế hoạch công việc, thực hiện mục tiêu của bộ phận kho.
• Kiểm tra tính hợp lệ của các hóa đơn, chứng từ trước khi thực hiện Nhập/ Xuất kho. Sắp xếp hàng hóa tại kho. Giám sát kiểm, giao nhận hàng hóa trong quá trình Nhập/ Xuất kho
•  
• Đào tạo hướng dẫn nhân viên kho tuân thủ theo đúng quy trình quy định làm việc tại kho.
• Chịu trách nhiệm trước ban giám đốc về toàn bộ diễn biến và hoạt động của kho cũng như nhân viên kho.
• Chi tiết công việc sẽ được trao đổi cụ thể khi được phỏng vấn 

 

Yêu cầu công việc:

 

• Nam, nữ tốt Đại học, Cao Đẳng chăn nuôi thú y, kinh tế hoặc kế toán.
• Thành thạo kĩ năng tin học văn phòng (Word, Excel).
• Siêng năng, cẩn thận, chịu được áp lực công việc.
• Ưu tiên người dự tuyển có kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Trưởng kho, Quản lý kho, Trưởng bộ phận kho….

 

2. Lao động phổ thông:

 

Yêu cầu công việc:

 

• Nam  tốt nghiệp THPT.
• Có sức khỏe tốt, siêng năng.
• Linh hoạt và có kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề là một lợi thế.
• Chi tiết công việc sẽ được trao đổi cụ thể khi phỏng vấn.

Job description:

Develop / develop processes, instructions, forms for warehouse operations: Import and export and storage of goods, statistics, data control, inventory tracking, minimum inventory , …
